Treatment of personal data:

In accordance with the Data Protection law D.Lgs 196/03, we inform you that any information supplied to La Cesenate Spa through this web-site will be used exclusively for the purposes expressed on each, individual occasion, and, should you desire, to keep you up-dated with our news and our company business in general. In addition you will be able to request the cancellation of information in our possession or its amendment at any time. We, also, confirm that information will not be passed to third parties or sent abroad. Such information will, however, be used to produce statistics, but completely anonymously and in aggregate form. We confirm that La Cesenate Conserve Alimentari Spa, Via Cervese 364,  47023 Cesena, Italy, has responsibility for you personal data. Every customer has the right, under article 13 of law n.675/96 (xx), to request confirmation of the existence of his personal data, to see it, up-date it complete it or cancel it. La Cesenate has no wish to communicate with customers via E-mail without their previous consent.

Abstract of Art. 13 Law 675/96
1. In relation to the treatment of personal data, the interested party has the right to:
a) omissis;

c) to obtain from the holder or person managing the information, without delay:

1. The confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered. Communication of such data, should be in an intellegible form and should include its origins, as well as the reason for its treatment. Except in the presence of reasonable justification, such a request may be renewed after an interval of not less than ninety days.
2. The cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of data used in violation of the law, including information whose conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected and later used.
3. The up-dating , rectification, or if so desired, the completion of data.
4. The certification that the operations under numbers 2) and 3) have been made known, including their contents, to whom their contents have been communicated, except in the case where such a task is either impossible or disproportional to the right protected.

d) to oppose totally or partially, for legitimate reasons, the use of personal data which concerns him, even if it is pertinent to its collection.
e) to oppose totally or partially, the use of personal data which concerns him, for commercial ends,  for the sending of advertising material, for direct sales, to conduct market research or for interactive sales communications. At the precise moment the data is communicated or diffused the interested party should be informed of his right to exercise this right free of charge by the holder of the information.

2. For each request under comma 1 , letter c) , number 1), should no information be found concerning the interested party, he may be asked to make a contribution towards the costs, which should not exceed the real costs incurred. This contribution should meet with the regulations and time limits established under article 33, comma 3.

3. The rights stipulated under comma 1 which refer to personal data of deceased persons may be exercised by any other interested party.

4. In exercising these rights under comma 1 the interested party may delegate another person or association in writing. The regulations concerning the professional secrecy of journalists, as regards the source of information, remains unaffected.
